All payments are processed securely through Stripe, one of the most trusted payment gateways available. You can choose a one-time 30-day payment or subscribe monthly. After checkout, you’ll receive access to your Stripe billing portal, where you can manage invoices, update payment details, or cancel at any time.

Yes, there are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can cancel your subscription directly from your account. Once canceled, your service will remain active until the end of the current 30-day billing period. You will not be billed again unless you resubscribe.

Due to the nature of this service, which involves time-based and task-based technical work, we do not offer refunds once a maintenance period has started. All services are clearly outlined and tracked in your reports.

No. There are no setup or onboarding fees. You only pay the monthly fee shown in the plan you select. The price includes all covered maintenance services and premium licenses listed in each package.
